Who we are

Flightpath Options is an educational company founded by Capt. Tony, a 32-year airline captain. We publish courses, run a members community, and host in-person retreats. We are not a broker, a registered investment adviser, or a financial planner.

What we collect

Information you give us directly — name, email address, airline or employer, and anything you type into a form. If you purchase, our payment processor collects your billing details; we never see or store your full card number. We also collect ordinary technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring source.

Cookies and advertising pixels

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure how our pages perform. We run advertising on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn, and those platforms place pixels on our site so we can measure ad results and show relevant ads to people who have visited. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through each platform’s ad settings or your browser controls.

How we use your information

To deliver the courses and community you signed up for, process payments, send the emails you asked for, answer support requests, improve our material, and comply with the law. If you join the standby list, we email you when a retreat date or community wave opens — nothing else.

Who we share it with

Service providers who run the business on our behalf: our course platform, email provider, payment processor, and advertising platforms. Each is bound to use your data only to perform their service. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

As long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, then for the period required to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom. Ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, and EU/UK residents have additional rights under their local law; we honor those requests regardless of where you live.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
